Three models of crawler landfill dozers and two models of wheel landfill machines are offered by Dressta. Equipped with high capacity blades with trash rack and debris protections provide excellent compaction efficiency. They operate under all-weather condition and are suitable for all landfill methods.

Landfill Crawler Dozers are the most popular machines in the landfill and usually it is the first machine type selected. They prepare the site, build access roads, spread and compact refuse, rip ground cover to spread and compact each layer.

Semi-U blade equipped with a trash rack provides a slightly curved shape that retains the load better than a straight blade by directing material toward the center of the blade, side spillage is minimized, resulting in more material moved per pass. The trash rack prevents material from passing over the blade, which may enter into radiator area.

Full-U blade with reinforced pushplate and trash rack provides high volume movement of light non-cohesive materials. Large wings on this blade make it efficient for moving big loads over long distances.

Perforated hood, engine side doors and louvered radiator doors prevent airborne paper and plastics from entering the engine compartment thus reducing debris build-up and radiator clogging which may cause cooling system problems.

The turbine precleaner is installed for longer air filter life, improved fuel economy, better performance and lower maintenance costs.

Severe service track shoes with center cleanout holes circular in shape reduce packing of material between the sprocket and the bushings, which causes excessive tension of the track chain and acceleration of pin and bushing wear. They relieve packing by allowing the sprocket to punch out dirt and debris. Front and rear striker bars prevent "white goods" etc. from riding up the track and demanding the fenders, engine side covers.

Standard heavy duty drawbar with counterweight or optional drawbar integral with counterweight are available for improved machine balance and increased operating weight needed for better waste compaction ability.

Dressta compactors achieve excellent compaction rates under normal operating conditions. They are rugged enough to handle heavy use, withstand a harsh environment with minimum downtime. Our machines are fast, aggressive and mobile enough to spread compact and cover large volumes of incoming waste.

Front padfoot wheels and rear chopper wheels increase ground pressure for efficient compaction of waste. Wheel cleaner attachments and striker bars installed at both sides maintain clean wheels in severe sticking conditions.

Front mounted equipment includes high capacity landfill blade or bucket with trash rack and side guards to protect against waste overfilling the top edge and both sides and improve fill factor.

Lubricated service is facilitated by the use of remote located lube fittings for upper and lower hinge pin, steering cylinders piston rod pins and rear axle trunnions. Pressure check quick coupler points and hydraulic system return filters are easy accessible from the ground.

Front or rear mounted counterweight increases ground pressure and ensures better stability when operating in landfill site.
